Bismarck Cafeteria Staff Feeds Students for AMI-X Closure


All Bismarck students were sent home with two breakfasts and lunches to cover them during the AMI-X plan next week.  With the help of Ms. Helms JAG class and the cafeteria staff, the students formed an assembly line to get all the food prepped ahead of time.  About 1200 meals were sent home today.  Lunchroom supervisor, Brittney Kitchell, told the Smoke Signal that the cafeteria staff has been working all week to prepare for today’s food distribution.  We are glad these ladies are around and are so dedicated to their jobs to keep all students fed even when they are not physically on campus.  You can see pictures of the food preparation below.
