Today marked the nationwide opportunity for students to participate in the “See You at the Pole” event.  Many students gathered along with fellow teachers and administrative staff to share a personal moment of silence and reflection.   Here is more about the event from the “See You at the Pole” website, syatp.com:

All around the globe, in every time zone, students will be gathering at their flagpoles, praying for their school, friends, families, churches, and communities. SEE YOU AT THE POLE is a day committed to global unity in Christ and prayer for your generation.

It is great to see our students participating in something that positively affects our community and nation.  If you are ever interested in this event, please reference the website or get information from our local Fellowship of Christian Athletes advisor, Josh Hagerty.
