This year we have a new varsity volleyball coach and 1st grade teacher, Miss Jessica Wilfong. She came from North County and this is her first year teaching. Here are some questions our Mass Media staff asked her:

Question 1: What is different about being an aide to having your own classroom?

I can make it a lot more fun and can use my own ideas.

Question 2: What do you like about Bismarck so far?

The people have been very nice. I have felt very welcomed.

Question 3: Were you nervous about switching districts?

Yes, I was nervous about all of it.

Question 4: What are your goals for teaching this school year?

To survive.

Question 5: How was coaching volleyball at North County different from coaching at Bismarck?

There is not a big difference. There were a lot more girls at North County.

Question 6: What are your goals for the season?

To improve every day and to have a winning season.

Question 7: What made you want to become a volleyball coach?

Volleyball has been a part of my life since I was little and I have always had a passion for it.

Very pleased with Miss Wilfong. Love her down to earth personality. I am positive Jacob will have a great year with her!
