Recently, our new JAG teacher, Mrs. Amy Hubbs, had the chance to take the trip of a lifetime to Washington D.C..  Mrs. Hubbs and two juniors, Riley Land and Kendra Cooper, went to a JAG conference in our nation’s capital.  During their stay, they had the chance to go on several tours.   One tour was a tour of the Capitol building by one of Senator Roy Blunt’s personal interns.  They had the chance to met the Blunt’s family dog, Max.  A few other places that they were able to visit were the U.S. Mint, the Smithsonian, Art Gallery, and American Indian Museum.  On November 11, Mrs. Hubbs and her students went on a moonlight tour of Washington D.C. where they visited the Martin Luther King Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, the Jefferson Memorial, the Roosevelt Memorial, and the World War 2 Memorial.  Overall, 900 JAG representatives went to this conference.  Below, you can see some pictures taken from the trip.
