The keynote speaker was Sergeant Garrett Eggers from the Missouri National Guard 1138th Sapper Company.  He was a 2006 graduate of Arcadia Valley High School who currently resides in Pilot Knob, MO.

The closing remarks were led by Bismarck Elementary Principal Carmen Barton.  After Mrs. Barton’s close, Atlanta Wells and Ashley Turner played Taps while the VFW retrieved the colors.
